New ALDI store developed by SiGLA

After 8 months of development

SiGLA delivers its new building to Aldi in the Biscayan town of Guernica.

In its second operation with the German operator, on March 25, Sigla handed over its new establishment in the Basque Country to Aldi.

Located on the access road to the town of Gernika-Lumo, it is a supermarket with 1,281m2 of Sales Room in a 3,324m2 building built on a 2,000m2 plot. The building houses a 50-space car park on the ground floor, which together with the supply, loading and unloading area, and the entrance hall make up the base of the building, while the sales room is located on the first floor. . Travelator ramps and elevators facilitate communication and access to this commercial floor from the hall.

Almost 40 more parking spaces on the perimeter of the site are added to the vehicle parking provision of this new Aldi.

Opening to the public on Wednesday, April 3, it represents SiGLA’s second operation with Aldi, after an advisory experience in Logroño.

SiGLA delivers two new gas stations to Eroski, one in Guipuzcoa and another in the Balearic Islands

SiGLA develops two new turnkey facilities.

The new gas stations in Azkoitia and Sa Pobla are already operating at full capacity.

Together with the gas stations for Caprabo in Gerona and Eroski in Estella, SiGLA consolidates its status as a specialist in this type of asset.

The Azkoitia gas station is the last development from last year to be delivered. The new facilities opened their doors to the public on January 30, 2019 and after a brief period of monitoring and follow-up, all their capacities are considered valid.

It is a compact gas station that the SiGLA engineering team has developed for Eroski in the parking lot of the supermarket it has in the Guipuzcoan town, and which consists of a pump on two streets with four nozzles, two for 95 gasoline and two for diesel A. It is worth highlighting the minimal space that this installation occupies since only four parking spaces have been sacrificed for its implementation.

SiGLA completes two new turnkey supermarkets for Eroski

An establishment in the Zorroza neighborhood of Bilbao with 1,450m2 of sales room, and another of 980m2 on Tafalla street in the Pamplona expansion.

The engineering and project management area has developed these two operations in parallel during the second half of 2018, to deliver the Navarrese supermarket in the last days of November and the establishment in Bilbao at the end of January 2019.

These are two urban supermarkets with 980m2 in Pamplona and 1,450m2 of sales room in Bilbao. In both cases, SiGLA has taken charge of the engineering project and construction management, managing to convert several old premises into modern supermarkets of the new Eroski “Contigo” model.
