Our accumulated experience in the development of more than 40 parking garages annexed to large shopping centres has provided us with a fluid progress in this type infrastructure.

As a company with various investors, SiGLA concluded its first large operation in the urban parking garage sector in 2014, with the enabling and start-up of a 670 space parking garage in the center of Marbella.

Our vast experience in urban development allowed us to finish this especially complex urban project, and the conversion of a stopped project into an interesting property asset in full operation.

With a rotational parking floor managed by Vinci, and another floor for private parking, the Parking Francisco Norte opened its doors in November 2014, becoming an important milestone for Marbella in that it included 700 parking spots in the city centre.
