Development management, project management, development and enabling supermarkets and hypermarkets from 1000 to 14,000 m2, in recent years SiGLA´s staff has developed more than 150 shopping centres in all formats. Whether within a large Shopping centre, or a singular, free standing building, or a urban shop, our customized developments include complete public works, installations, equipping and start-up.
It is worth noting our development of “zero-emissions” establishments with sustainable construction and eco-efficiency, in which SiGLA has obtained the first BREEAM Spain certification and the first ISO 50001 certification for a Supermarket.
