This time in the municipality of Lemona

On Thursday, November 13, Uvesco opened its 111th store in Bizkaia in Lemona.

Located in the Pozueta Industrial Park, next to the gas station, this is a newly built supermarket developed by SiGLA in a real estate operation that began with the selection of the most suitable land, continued with the necessary legalization and administrative procedures, and culminated in the construction of a building tailored to the client’s needs, which was completed with the fitting out of its BM format.

The work, which was completed in 34 weeks, was carried out on a 3,182m² plot, of which 1,415m² corresponds to the building and 1,767m² to the car park, with 54 conventional parking spaces, two reserved spaces for people with reduced mobility, and two spaces for electric vehicles with a charging station.

The new building has 1,356m² of usable space, with a 900m² sales room and the rest divided between warehouses, staff facilities, and access and service areas.

As is customary in SiGLA developments, the construction has followed the most demanding procedures in terms of sustainability and efficiency, including a photovoltaic plant on the roof, achieving class “A” energy certification, the highest rating for buildings.

Following the completion of this new development, the project has become a real estate asset capable of generating returns and attracting an investor client.

Sigla has thus culminated a successful win-win operation serving its clients, which include renowned operators and investors.
