SiGLA incorporates the latest energy efficiency technologies in the new fresh products platform developed in Mercapalma.

This is another logistics platform for Eroski with 10,000m2 refrigerated.

The Mallorcan project, which began its development in April 2012, is about to be completed with the incorporation of all technological advances aimed at reducing energy consumption and minimizing the environmental impact of this new facility.

SiGLA closes the installation of a new Burger King in Abadiño

The Shopping Center managed by Gentalia will host the new operator.

SiGLA agrees to open a new Burger King restaurant in the Abadiño Shopping Center.

The restaurant has access from the street and will have Auto King service.

SiGLA develops a new refrigerated logistics platform in Mercapalma

This time in Mercapalma, to serve the entire Balearic community.

SiGLA finalizes a new logistics platform for fresh products for Eroski.

Those responsible for the project plan to open 100% of the facility by the end of November and full operation at Christmas.

It is a newly built platform on a 19,000 m2 plot in Mercapalma, in which 11,000 m2 have been built, of which 10,000 m2 are a huge cold storage warehouse and the rest is divided between offices, control and auxiliary units.

It is the seventh development since the Company was founded.

SiGLA launches a new Service Station for Eroski in Ondara, Alicante.

This gas station joins those in Cartagena, Cuenca, Figueres, Águilas and Noia for Eroski, and the one in Pinto in Madrid with the E. Leclerc brand.

The plot on which this new gas station sits has 1,224m2 with access from the exit road of the Portal de La Marina Shopping Center parking lot.

SiGLA successfully closes the sale of the Ulma Construction headquarters in Madrid

The purchase and sale operation was closed in November 2012.

SiGLA successfully concludes the sale of the former Ulma Construction headquarters in Cobeña, Madrid.

The 48,420m2 facilities were built in 2005 to house the Regional Management and logistics platform of Ulma in Madrid.

The Ulma Group decided to move the Ulma Construction Center Delegation to Toledo, thus improving its business and adapting it to the current activity.

The divestment that occurs with the sale of this property represents an operation of strategic importance that is entrusted to SiGLA, a company specializing in commercial real estate assets.
