The works have started in September

SteelBox, an innovative real estate product from SiGLA in the Móstoles Technology Park.

Marketing work has already begun, with various advertising and promotion actions, as well as construction works that are progressing at a good pace.

The complex is located on Julio Cervera Street in the technological park, right in front of the ThyssenKrupp industrial complex, and occupies a 2,520m2 plot of land for the construction of two parallel buildings and their corresponding provision of parking and services.

The land leveling works have been completed with the construction of a perimeter wall as well as the foundation and accesses, and the erection of the prefabricated concrete structure is now beginning.

After 8 months of development

SiGLA delivers its new building to Aldi in the Biscayan town of Guernica.

In its second operation with the German operator, on March 25, Sigla handed over its new establishment in the Basque Country to Aldi.

Located on the access road to the town of Gernika-Lumo, it is a supermarket with 1,281m2 of Sales Room in a 3,324m2 building built on a 2,000m2 plot. The building houses a 50-space car park on the ground floor, which together with the supply, loading and unloading area, and the entrance hall make up the base of the building, while the sales room is located on the first floor. . Travelator ramps and elevators facilitate communication and access to this commercial floor from the hall.

Almost 40 more parking spaces on the perimeter of the site are added to the vehicle parking provision of this new Aldi.

Opening to the public on Wednesday, April 3, it represents SiGLA’s second operation with Aldi, after an advisory experience in Logroño.

SiGLA develops two new turnkey facilities.

The new gas stations in Azkoitia and Sa Pobla are already operating at full capacity.

Together with the gas stations for Caprabo in Gerona and Eroski in Estella, SiGLA consolidates its status as a specialist in this type of asset.

The Azkoitia gas station is the last development from last year to be delivered. The new facilities opened their doors to the public on January 30, 2019 and after a brief period of monitoring and follow-up, all their capacities are considered valid.

It is a compact gas station that the SiGLA engineering team has developed for Eroski in the parking lot of the supermarket it has in the Guipuzcoan town, and which consists of a pump on two streets with four nozzles, two for 95 gasoline and two for diesel A. It is worth highlighting the minimal space that this installation occupies since only four parking spaces have been sacrificed for its implementation.

SiGLA completes two new turnkey supermarkets for Eroski

An establishment in the Zorroza neighborhood of Bilbao with 1,450m2 of sales room, and another of 980m2 on Tafalla street in the Pamplona expansion.

The engineering and project management area has developed these two operations in parallel during the second half of 2018, to deliver the Navarrese supermarket in the last days of November and the establishment in Bilbao at the end of January 2019.

These are two urban supermarkets with 980m2 in Pamplona and 1,450m2 of sales room in Bilbao. In both cases, SiGLA has taken charge of the engineering project and construction management, managing to convert several old premises into modern supermarkets of the new Eroski “Contigo” model.

SiGLA is in charge of the development of a new Eroski supermarket in the Zorroza neighborhood of Bilbao.

After 42 years of activity, the Zorroza neighborhood says goodbye to the old Omega Market and welcomes a modern Eroski Contigo supermarket.

SiGLA’s engineering and project management area will take the reins of this emblematic project once the purchase of the market has been completed this summer 2018. Originally the property was divided into 40 properties and it has not been until now that each merchant has sold to a common company to later accept Eroski’s offer for the entire property, an arduous task of negotiations between the shopkeepers to value each part, taking into account that some stalls remained open and doing business, and others closed for years.

SiGLA begins the development of two new compact gas stations in Azkoitia, Guipúzcoa and Sa Pobla, Mallorca.

With these there will be four compact or “low cost” gas stations that SiGLA delivers to its customers in 2018.

July 2 was the start date of work on two new developments in SiGLA’s Project Management area; Previously, its engineering department was completing the respective projects for two compact gas stations, one in the Guipuzcoan town of Azkoitia and the other in the northern interior of Mallorca, in Sa Pobla.

The new commercial complex is renovated according to current commercial needs and demands.

The Shopping Center project that began its journey in 2006 with the purchase of 71,000m2 of land, starts with renewed air with the help of SiGLA as delegate promoter of the company Recaré, S.A. owner of the land.
There will be more than 70 million euros of investment that SiGLA will manage in a shopping complex that, due to its appearance, will be halfway between a classic shopping center and a medium-sized retail park as we know them.

SiGLA begins construction of a new Aldi Supermarket in the Basque Country

Aldi Spain has chosen Villa de Gernica as the next opening in Bizkaia, after the establishments located in Bilbao, Durango, Baracaldo, Basauri and Erandio.

After the experience in Logroño where the SiGLA engineering team carried out the analysis prior to its implementation, SiGLA renews its relationship with ALDI Nord in an operation consisting of the demolition of the current buildings and the construction of a new building tailored to the operator of German distribution.
