I complete the lease of the 52 boxes in Móstoles

SiGLA is looking for a new site in Madrid for its second SteelBox implementation

Without ruling out some regional capital, the search for new land is being carried out in the main provincial capitals.

It has not been easy. A true administrative “Patagonia” and the Covid’19 crisis have hampered the development of this innovation project in which SiGLA has put all its experience.

With the pilot project completed in May and operational since August of this year 2021, the marketing of all the boxes has already been carried out and the leasing of the modules intended for offices is finalized.

The pilot complex is located on Julio Cervera Street 6 of the Móstoles Tecnológico industrial estate, right in front of the ThyssenKrupp industrial complex, and occupies a 2,520m2 plot of land for the construction of two parallel buildings and their corresponding provision of parking and services.

At this time, SiGLA is negotiating the acquisition of new plots of land for the implementation of this innovative model that merges the small warehouse with the industrial premises in an efficient and decisive manner. In principle, a new implementation is being studied in one of the main provincial capitals, and even some regional capitals, throughout the national territory.

SteelBox is SiGLA’s commitment to innovation in a market niche still to be explored after twenty years developing parks and shopping centers, supermarkets, service stations, compact gas stations, logistics platforms and refrigerated warehouses, parking lots,… and in general real estate assets of commercial nature oriented towards income for investors, both private and corporate, family offices and commercial distribution operators.
