After the drafting of the public urbanization project
SiGLA is responsible for the construction management of a new free standing supermarket and its urban setting
The works include a public park, roads, sidewalks and roundabout, lighting and all high and low voltage lines and connections, water, telephone and fiber optics for telecommunications.
The urban regeneration project of the Tantorta neighborhood in Amorebieta-Echano, which had been in the process of approval by the Basque Water Agency for some time, has finally begun to be executed this July under the coordination and management of SiGLA.
The public development works include sidewalks, roads, a bus stop with its shelter, a new roundabout to access the neighborhood, public lighting, a bridge and, on the main road (San Pedro Street), includes the creation of water facilities. , high and low voltage, telephone and trees. A public park with children’s games, trees, gardening and a small wooden bridge complete this project, which once completed will be handed over to the city council, expected in February 2022.
This action results in a private plot of 8,800m2 on which a unique 2,200m2 building is being built in parallel for the implementation of an Eroski Group Supermarket with a scheduled opening in the spring of 2022.
