In the town of Mungia, Vizcaya<\/em><\/h3>\n

On Thursday, October 9, the new BM store developed by SiGLA opened to the public.<\/h3>\n

On a 4,400 m\u00b2<\/sup> urban plot specially selected for Uvesco, SiGLA has developed a new, unique building (free-standing format) tailored to its client’s needs.<\/p>\n

The operation, which included the purchase of the land, legalization and administrative procedures, engineering, project management, and construction (building and urbanization), was completed with the lease to the operator, who fitted out the interior for its opening to the public as a BM supermarket, making it Uvesco’s 110th point of sale in the province.<\/p>\n

The works took seven months to complete and included the development of the site for use as a parking lot and the construction of a 1,373 m2 building. The parking lot, measuring 3,027 m2<\/sup>, has capacity for 74 conventional parking spaces, 4 spaces for electric vehicles with charging stations, and 2 spaces for people with reduced mobility.<\/p>\n

The supermarket, with a usable area of 1,318 m2<\/sup>, has 900 m2<\/sup> of sales floor space, with the rest divided between entrances, staff facilities, and storage areas.<\/p>\n

As with all SiGLA developments, construction has been carried out in accordance with strict procedures and measures designed to ensure maximum energy efficiency and sustainability.<\/p>\n

Although this is not SiGLA’s first transaction with Uvesco, it is the first to include a comprehensive management, investment, promotion, and provision service tailored to the client’s needs. The advantages of the methodology applied have led Uvesco to place its trust in SiGLA once again, which, in parallel with this development, is finalizing another project in the town of Lemona. Various investment clients are already interested in both assets.<\/p>\n
